PURPOSE OF THE
ORGANIZATION
The purpose of the organization is:
to improve, protect and wherever possible to maintain the environment of Buggenum, Haelen, Horn, Nunhem and near area and all that which is either directly or indirectly connected to or can aid to this environment, all this in the broadest sense.
The organization tries to achieve their objective by:
- Giving presentations about those events which prove to harm or may harm the environment of Buggenum, Haelen, Horn, Nunhem and direct surrounding area, like for instance: pollution of the soil, air pollution, sound pollution, excessive smell, horizon view pollution;
- Stimulate a critical thought process by the local inhabitants as far as the environment problems in the above mentioned area;
- To improve and / or execute actions that have the purpose to protect and maintain the environment like mentioned above, of Buggenum, Haelen, Horn, Nunhem and direct surrounding area;
- To contact organizations who's purpose it is to maintain the environment;
- To act as an intermediate between environment groups and associated organizations and government or municipal organizations;
- The possibility to start legal procedures;
- To apply all available procedures, without violating the law, in order to achieve the objectives.
